Bennett, Jacob

Jacob is the husband of Barbara Ann (Brewer), and had seven sons.

Jacob is a Revolutionary War Veteran. He served with the Putnam Co. R.W.S. (Compay 8, NY Line (Cont'l) 4th Regiment) from November, 1776 - January, 1782. His son Abra served in the War of 1812. More information can be found in the Cortlandt Westchester County Census of 1790, and the Philipstown Censuses of 1800, 1810, and 1820.
